Good illusion -- it's disturbing because it looks so painful. I like thepale skin and red hair against the gray background. This makes me think of something classical, perhaps Ophelia drowning.

Ouch! Your model looks like a dead, broken, mannequin. it's a decent photo with good technicals but I'm having trouble getting over the dead part. Sorry.
