Woooooof......lovely dog.

It's a cutie! Nice DOF but I prefer animal shots that aren't from over their head. Definitely a great message though, I'm a big adopt a pet advocate.

Wow - I can almost feel his breath! :)
Post actions
Aw, he seems very adoptable. :) What a cutie.

who couldnt love this shot ??!!!

sorry this is not correctly sharpen .. those eyes should be sharp instead of.. well what is really sharp here?

Don't assume that because you have an affinity for your subject, the rest of the world will too. Otherwise, a good workmanlike photo.

Would have liked a slightly wider crop at the top. Nice shot.
Post actions
This could be really cute but the lighting is not good
Post actions
cute, I might have cropped it bit closer
Post actions
Nice doggie. I think I would have scored it higher if the crop had been tighter on the head.
Post actions
Nice focus and clarity on the eyes.

perfect face to put on an adoption AD, I'd take him home if i didn't aleady have a dog and 2 cats
Post actions
interesting perspective, pays to be a little bold in composition, 6
Post actions
Interesting perspective, but the lighting doesn't help. It doesn't necessarily "hurt," but it isn't terribly captivating.

Cute dog. I hope he has found a good place.

I think it could benefit from a little more depth of field.
Post actions
fun angle but not so interesting
Post actions
i love the little bit of light on the dogs nose.
Post actions
Aw, the light is just off the eye. The perspective is great.
Post actions
This photo might benefit from being a little brighter in some areas.
Post actions
the poster dog...clear focus, pleasing colors
Post actions
Oh, geez, I have thousands of pictures like this that could just break my heart. This looks like a real sweetie; I hope s/he does find a good home.

aww! wish the sunlight was on his eyes though, or his nose.

Great advertisement for adoption. Nice angle.

for me, what really works in this image is its point of view - I enjoy it very much.. you have the benefit of an expressive dog. the paws sticking out add depth.. lighting just a hair off - flat - but for hte most part, it works. 8

Cute Dog. The diagonal adds some interest, but I looks like the focus point is just behind the eyes, on the bright spot on the dog's forehead.
Post actions
Who could say no to those eyes?? Nice capture.
Post actions
Sweet face, great message.....

Emotion shot. They need the help!
Post actions
The lighting could be better. Nice focus on the eyes, the details are well preserved

I like this perspective. BTW, our dog is a rescue. I believe in rescue dogs.

I'm a good guy- really I am! I won't even chew up the newspaper! Unless you want me to! Do ya? I can do that too! Just take me home!
Post actions
Nicely composed photo, but I wish it was a bit sharper.
Post actions
I so would, but my other 2 might get miffed at me :)
Post actions
Nice capture of the intensity of this doggie.
Post actions
What a sweet little face. Love this shot.
Post actions
too bad the light is only on his/hers forehead, and back. this makes it a little unbalanced in my opinion. interesting angle.
Post actions
The lighting and focus on the eyes is nice in this one.
Post actions
If only we could take them all home!
Post actions
Cute doggie. I sure hope someone loves/adopts/rescues him.
Post actions
I hope it won't take long till he gets a home. A gorgeous photo like this should certainly help. Good work!!
