I have never heard of whatever the superstition is you are trying to portray here... however I have assumed that there is one. This is a really beautiful image regardless of superstitious content - would like to read more once the contest is over.
Yes these are tires and yes it is a beautiful sunset over the water, but what is the superstition associated with tires. They've always made good bumpers for boats and ships. Beautiful picture just not too sure about your superstition. What is it - or what legend is it? Still a 6
