I really like the composition on this and the lighting, focus, and other technicals are spot on to make this a well done portrait. There is a shadow or something in the lower left that looks a bit out of place.

I find the dark shape in the lower left interesting. Is it a shadow? Is it Mom? Dad? Why am I drawn to it? I don't know, but now it's like a piece of lettuce in your job-interviewer's teeth, something you can't take your eyes off. My eyes go there, I pull them to the rest of the photo, then they go back to the (shadow?mom?dad?drapes?paper?reflection?).
