Voted earlier coming back to leave comments now. Wow! The long exposure has turned the motion of the water on the rocks into something truly magical and mystical. It looks like the there is mist hanging over the water. The colors are absolutely magnificent!! Processing is truly wonderful on this composition! Great job in capturing and presenting this beautiful sunset beach scene.

What I like about this one is that there is still some structure in the water. On similar shots the water is often just a white surface, but this is actually more interesting.

On first glance, i like the photo. But, the more I look, the more I see that it is waaaaay overprocessed. While it looks good, you know, "eye candy", I just think this is a photography contest, not a photoshop contest.

Sometimes a little more sky is good, great looking hazy water, but maybe a bit too much, very good impact here overall.
