So cute moment ! Just have added it to my favs, it's a charming photo, the birds with their coloured beak are very amusing.

Nice! There are only a few places in the world you can get to see them, very lucky photographer. :)

Adorable! Very good capture! 7

Puffins are just too cool. The eye really pops in the one reaching out, and I'm liking the DOF.

Great shot, but the sharp eduge to the blue on the bottom is a bit distracting from the subject.

got my vote I really like these guys great color

Cute little things - great to photograph. Wish the photo was a bit sharper. The bottom left blurry corner is distracting - Some advanced editing might have helped that.

Good timing and great capture, perfect focus and DOF, well done

I think the title should be 'Kissies?'.

Somebody is getting told off here. LOL Nice puffins.

this is amazing - great capture

Aw, what a cute pose to get! Nice DOF and good colors, I think this is adorable.

Can't remember whose profile I saw this (or something very similar) in... But that's not the point, right? This is WONDERFUL! Love the comp, colors, and focus/DOF. What a fantastic capture! WELL DONE!

Makes me smile. Love Puffins and this is such a great catch. Well presented. Thanks.

IMO, the blurred foreground badly distracts from an otherwise great shot.

Delightful image. Lovely capture with nice dof. 7

Lovely rich color and great clarity. Such great looking little birds!

Simply gorgeous! I love puffins (they are Newfoundland's provincial bird) but I've never gotten this close to one. I love the pose you captured.

Lovely pose of the two nice colored birds.

I am thrilled and yet a tad disappointed with this image. I love the birds, they are incredibly detailed, they have interesting interaction, and the dof is good.. however, the foreground dof is distracting and looks unnatural, like that section was processed that way. Clone that section out and you have a 10.. as it is, 9.. i LOVE those birds!

awwwww. cute! This is just adorable. I can't stop looking at it!

Hilarious body language. I know just how she feels.

really nice moments, but the added (?) blur in the foregraound is a bit over done.

the birds are beautifully rendered and well in focus. There seems to be editing issues with the blur around them - it may have been fine to not use it at all, or use it a little more gently. colors and composition good. 7

Couldn't possibly have better facial expressions unless you had drawn it.

I love the way you captured the birds interacting, very special

I stay at the Puffin Inn whenever I am in Anchorage and have never seen anything as beautiful as those beaks! lovely...

I loved this image at OnExposure, still do. It looks less dramatic on a grey background than on the black of OE.
Post actions
nice capture of the interaction between the puffins , but I find the focus not crisp enough.6

awesome shot ... I love the interaction between them!

looks like a parent scolding a child. cool dof, makes it very easy for the eye to focus.

adorable. the foreground is slightly distracting but there's really nothing you could've done about that and it doesn't take away from the shot at all
Post actions
Such a worried look in his eye!
Post actions
I said "NO" is what the picture seems to be saying...excellent focus and colors
Post actions
So cute! I like how colourful their beaks are.
Post actions
OMG they are adorable!!! Pose and "expressions" are just great. I think I might clone out that bright spot in the top left background, but ... dang, they're cute!

Great capture, puffins look cool, you don't seem them often on dpc.

Gorgeous little birds. Love the expression and good lighting and detail.

Puffins always look fake to me, but of course these are real. Good bokeh makes the birds really stand out. Is this an outdoor setting or stuffed birds indoors?
Post actions
Very Nice colors and capture. I like the expression on the faces and the beaks touching.
Post actions
Aren't these guys photogenic! It's an interesting scene. I wonder what they are doing.
Post actions
Great shot. These birds have such cool looking expressions.

Lovely shot. Well captured.

looks like a husband and a wife...lol

A beautiful shot. Excellent capture that is both emotive and technically sound. The DOF is nice and the colors are wonderful!
Post actions
The blur is distracting, i would have gone with a more intimate cropping

this is great! bumping up

Why the blur at the bottom? Very good capture of the Puffins though!
Post actions
Ohh... adorable. The OOF stuff in front is distracting and seems 'wrong', but I really like the background being totally OOF.
Post actions
I noted this as a thumbnail in my initial run through, and am disappointed that at this size it doesn't live up to my expectations. I love the interaction between the two puffins, but think this could be sharper and find the blurring in the fg and bg distracting. That said I bet they're not easy to capture, so well done.
Post actions
It looks like the one on the left is being a little too aggressive for the one on the right. Great expressions.
Post actions
These guys are just too cute for words! Really one of nature's more delightful gifts.
Post actions
I like puffins. They look so humourous and serious at the same time. Generally, I like the composition in this, but the lower left has me puzzled. The blur ends rather abruptly -- post processing error, maybe????
Post actions
Oh love! They are so cute!

I guess icelandic puffins. great moment. 8

Beautiful image of the Puffins. The bokeh in the lower left is somewhat distracting.....8
