Just beautiful! I despise seeing thousands of butterfly pictures (although, I have one myself...), but this is just perfectly lit and composed. Congrats on this capture.

I really like the fog effect. Great Bokeh.

I'll take this over a macro butterfly any day. Maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic, but I love the dreamy quality of light you've captured here. Thank you for a truly pleasurable experience.

Elsapo I'm guessing--great light man!

to much flair from the sun...would rather see rich tones

I think this needs to go either way over the top in terms of saturation/softness or back off more to the realism side of things IMO

What warm emotion fills my heart upon seeing this photo! It's as if all the childhood dreams and ambitions to follow a butterfly as it is free to float on the rays of sunshine are finally epitomized.

This has that 1970's feel. Must be all the orange. Very pretty.

And Eve first opened her eyes to see a small creature slowly unfurling its sable and orange wings in the golden light.

Some may not like the hues for it is too orange/golden tones, but I do. Why? The hues are warm colors and the warm glow captured here along with the resting butterfly (painted lady?) really give a sense of warm summer days with the occasional soft cool breeze. It is soft in detail but for this composition it is very fitting - for it is the softness that adds to the magical dreamy feel to this composition. The colors and soft focus really helps capture that mood of a dreamy summer day. Well done.
