Cloned out edge of hill just above bridge, light noise reduction, dodge/burn, unsharp mask with large and small radius, added gradient, crop, convert to sRGB, save for web. All changes were gentle; the original looks very much like this.

You should have cropped to just above the object in the left hand bottom corner. That would have balanced the entire image perfectly because then the bridge and it's reflection would have been perfectly in the middle of the frame. In other words the piece of sky at the top and the piece of reflected sky at the bottom would have been the same size.
maybe you could turn it other way around - just to make it more interesting.. and the boat in down left corner could be erased too.. .and its also leaned... still I give you five ;D

Really cool reflection. The photo almost has the infinity symbol shown in it. Only critique though would be the object in the lower left. Its minor though.

Lovely clarity and colours. I've never been to Portugal, hopefully one day I will visit.
I just wish the horizon was level on this one (unless it's an optical illusion the horizon appears to slope down left to right), and that the bottom left corner was cropped/cloned out. I'd have probably given it a 10 then.
Nice reflection!! I might've tried to clone the edge of the boat (I'm guessing) in the lower left corner. Really nice shot though, nice composition & great colors.

Reminds me of eye glasses. I love the composition. And I really like the small detail in the bottom left corner. I think the uneven space on the top and the bottom is perfect. Gives the image a little bit of spunk. :)
I like the symmetry of the bridge and reflection. I gave this a 6, but would have gone 7 or 8 if the lower left boat part had been addressed. Did you consider cropping this (bringing the bottom up)? The symmetry could have been perfected by balancing the blue above and below the bridge. Just some observations. Good luck in the challenge.
