She certainly looks a little gem - I really liked the way her body was turned away from the viewer, and that she was turned towards us - it somehow gives the feeling that the viewer has called out to her and she has turned to see who is calling. A very pleasing portrait.

She's so cute! I gave this an 8 in voting. I think the voting was pretty harsh in this challenge.

oh! why such a low score? this is adorable! I love the flower she is holding and also that she has some kind of cute floral thing in her hair. This, for sure, is a wonderful keepsake.

Wonderful composition. The colors are very nice.

She's adorable, I think a background of a different color would make this pop more.

Don't assume that because you have an affinity for your subject, the rest of the world will too. Otherwise, a good workmanlike photo.

Focus on the face needs to be a little sharper but a cute shot all the same.

Good lighting, I wish more attention was paid to the eyes, but still a good portrait.

Cute girl. Good colour in the flower... though I dont think the vignette is good for this shot.

Very cute. The flower adds a nice splash of colour

I'm of a mixed opinion on the strong magenta in her skin tones. On one hand it makes her look a bit feverish/processed, and on the other hand, it creates a nice visual link to the flower.

Nice soft feeling overall.

not sure if the blur was around the bottom picture was added on purposed but would have like it to be a bit more sharper ... not sure what the girl is doing with her other hand

This is an image that her family is sure to love for years to come.

I am not a fan of the vignetting here. When i look at the photo, I just think that it would be better if it was much lighter. I like how she's looking back at the camera; it's different than a typical head-on portrait.
