Croatia? Nice scenery, but it sure looks cold.

Interesting .... this is almost like two different photos, the foreground is so different in color and texture from the sparkling sunset behind it.

The way you've framed this is interesting, at first glance I wasn't sure I liked it but the more I look at it you've really done a nice job of balancing out the weight of the building with the mountain in right frame. The sunset sets the mood and the rest just leaves the viewer breathless. Well done.

Good colour in the sky... I think I would have preferred a landscape version of this.
Post actions
the sky color doesn't look natural, aside from that great pic

Foreground seems to distract some. The drop is nice. Range is good.

Very nice detail and colors. A heavenly view which is lovely.

This really creates a sense of size, it makes me feel puny. The vastness of the lakes and mountains is lovely.

Great landscape, looks like a beautiful place, I wonder if a tighter crop on the foreground would make this a stronger image? Still a beautiful capture.

great view, and great shot

...and much much more. This is truly breath taking. The depth of the hills with the old houses and wonderful view. The hint of snow adds such texture and contrast. A wonderful capture through and through.

Yummy colors! I love the hint of snow.

Serene landscape. Great detail and lighting on the front. Looks a bit hazy and flat beyond the shore.

Congratulations on being part of this 1000th challenge on DPC. Keep up the good work!!

Nice colors. A little too much foreground IMO. A little less foreground I feel would have better impact from the sunset or sunrise. 6

This is beautiful but the haziness of the lake and mountain seems a bit off from the building. But very nice shot and angle!

Stunning location.
