when i saw the praying mantis that looked like it was begging i immediately thought of how kids are always asking parents for stuff .. looked just like a few kids i know .. lol .. !!!
combined three different photographs of one praying mantis ..
these are the workflows ..
did another one using the same praying mantis .. different but similar photographs ..
Who says there aren't aliens on our planet! You capture them every day! Wow! I feel like I just shrank and landed in the backyard lawn like in the movie "Honey who shrunk the kids". And from the looks of it, I'd better run for my life. Awesome sci-fi feeling - and I love sci-fi!
Ooo, I'm happy to see this fellow again! Brilliant interpretation, a kid begging LOL!! you are tooooo clever for words, Roz, these images are blended seamlessly and it really does look like one image of a PM family.
These are amazing captures, Roz, you've actually taken us into another world, I'm beginning to feel like I know these guys! Your PP or whatever it is you're doing is spectacular. This goes beyond photography, you've created a new artform. Do I see a childrens' book coming?
I like this even better than '... this is the plan..'
So anthropomorphic. I love the tones in this. B&W adjustment layer is something I've never tried ( or thought of. )
Hahaha... Roz, you are brilliant. I love the story the image tells... I'll think of this the next time one of my kids asks to play on the computer or to go to a friends place for a sleep over. :)
LOL This is great!! i really enjoy this Roz. There seems to be something special to your B&W conversion. It has a silver screen feel, like a 50's movie.
