love the colors and textures, i just think that the butterfly is too dark, so as some leafs. Good luck, sorry if i was rude.

Nice composition. Good placement of the butterfly.

interesting but a bit chaotic too many subjects... five from me ;)

Great colors, the blue and green have such a clean feeling.

Nice exposure. Background is nice.

The ripple behind the stalk the butterfly is on makes it difficult to figure out perspective on this.

Reflection is so clear, I thought it was the subject directly, and I was going to comment on the odd ripple.

Well captured and presented.

wow! this is really quite lovely. my favorite butterfly shot
Post actions
I really like the ripples at the bottom.

I would have scored this higher had the butterfly been sharper and lighted better.

Nice butterfly on the flower and the reflection of the clouds in the water.

the title captures it all, nicely done

had to study this one, very interesting...

Disorienting. Otherworldly. 10

too much blue and saturation, i would love to see more of the butterfly, it's a bit too dark
Post actions
Very serene, nicely done! 7

lots of stuff going on that distracts my eye from the butterfly.. you have three focus points and not one.. I am confused

This picture is slightly disorienting, which sets it apart, in a good way, from other shots of butterflys. I would have liked to see the butterfly a little brighter.
Post actions
Thats pretty neat looking.
Post actions
the post processing gives this image an illustrative feel, not a bad thing!

Interesting shot. Wish we could see the butterfly a little better, but that's probably hard to do with a reflection shot. His (the butterfly's) colors are neat though. I also like the ripples down at the bottom. I think a little more clarity and maybe a slightly different composition would improve this shot a lot.

I like this, it's almost difficult to work out which way is up

I have to mention that the treatment here is unique. Maybe a little fill flash to light up the butterfly.
Post actions
Good shot. Would have liked to see a tighter crop on the right side.

This shot really made me stop to examine it. I'm still not sure what I'm looking at, but the colors are really rich, and the lighting on the leaves is wonderful. I also really like the lower ripples, and am mystified as to whether the upper ripples and butterfly are the reflection or the real thing :-)

Interesting shot. Decent composition but it's marred by being a bit over sharpened.
Post actions
It's so difficult working this one out, certainly holds your attention, and lovely colours:)

Almost looks like two photos in one. If not for the ripples at the bottom indicating water, I would've thought the butterfly was shot against a sky background. Very nice.
Post actions
Little dark but good shot.
Post actions
I don't know why, but it took me a while to figure out if the background was water or sky. Very deceptive.

At first glance, I thought I was looking *up* at cornstalks. Neat effect. I like the cooler colors in this.

Nice reflection of the butterfly. Glad you told me. I didnt know. :)
Post actions
I wish you focused on one of these three subjects 5
Post actions
nice shot, but the butterfly is a little dark

I love the ripples in the background, right behind the leaves on the bottom. seems to have an off cast to it, though.
