Duck's Ditty
Post actions
Greetings neighbor (making it a practice to comment on those near to my entry in the challenge results)!!! The color of water is like liquid sunshine! Love those rich golden tones. Good eye in spotting this moment - one head of a duck submerged underwater, but THREE! Very much captures a 'monkey see, monkey do' kind of moment. Good composition to have the reeds act as 'bookends' to showcase the main subjects in the middle. It subtley calls our attention back to the ducks.

looks like they are bobbing for some golden apples. :) Congrats on a 6+ finish!

I remember the shot that came along with this one, but I like this quite a bit. The gold is wonderful and the 3 in a row quality gives it that ephemeral moment quality. 9

good capture, only the DOF is a bit shallow

Very interesting find! Love the colors.A different crop may have helped the image for better composition.I think I may have preferred cropping the front plant.

So cute! I love the way you cropped this. The play of the water and the framing provided by the grass on either side of the trio is lovely.
