I'd say someone into car racing cause the blue thingy has the name of a speedway on it...likely a man but not necessarily...well lit, good comp, interesting use of auto parts/tools. 7
did you desaturate the colors? I think the colors need to be either completely b&w or pop a lot more, since predominantly you have black of the wheel, and white of the surroundings. composition is ok, maybe a little tight around the top of the wheel for my tastes.
