 Looking across Puget Sound towards the Olympic Mountains from the Lincoln Park beach, one of my favorite places in the world.

Frame should be tighter. It just kinda is.

Personally I would crop the left side to hide the buoy, and crop the bottom to move the ship off center line. Otherwise nice shot.

That black speck in the water is really distracting to me. I think with more focus on composition, this could be really great. As is, I think it's just okay. Try including less water and more sky and positioning the boat further from the center.

Like the hazy mountains, the water and ship seem a tad soft. I think it was mixed bag of lighting for you on this one. Don't think I would have managed any different with this shot.
