There is a lot to like about this image. It grows on me the more I look at it. I really like how you've lined up the bracelet with the lights in the background. Beautiful.
in my opinion the focus of the image is the ornament, and not the skin. yes the skin is there, but it's not the main focus of the shot. I would crop out the two black corners, because as it is now they are distracting.
