Well Sarah's feet in the background fitted the title, as we had to see the pusher.
And yeah it is centered, but thats a good thing. It works well for this photo, plus that is what the challenge wanted.
I am sure you are very proud of this shot. I don't think this is the type of shot that you care whether you get a high score or not, because it has so much personal value to it. I hope you are very proud of it and I am sure you will be.
What you capture really is what photography is really about :) Keep it up!
You may need to add this one to the list of photos you are buying :)
Straight out of the family album and the kind of shot where you'd probably say "too centered" when asked. I think it still is - but since this is a centered challenge it makes one wonder if it might be ok? I personally don't think so. I feel that the challenge here isn't to just crop any subject down, but to find a subject that is centered and either so shaped/positioned that it lends itself to the alone composition or more likely supported by backgrounds, foregrounds and surroundings, creating a good composition while the main subject dead focus. Technically you have a working shot here and the happy girl is really heliping out, but I don't think you'd entered it in any other challenge and the reasons goes for this one too.
