I like the use of half-melted ice in this. Not only is it more realistic than the usual fresh cracked ice in this sort of image, it adds a sense of time passing.
I like the lighting a lot. How it complements the colors of the subject matter. More attention could have been paid to the setup (noise or ash or something in the foreground--flecks on cup). Overall a great image.
