I really like the pose & the expression on her face; the whiteness of it all is beautiful. I find the stick/cane a little jarring; it doesn't seem to match the elegance of the rest of the image (not that that's bad, it's just confusing for me.)
I always think a picture has suceeded if it holds your attention for more than a few seconds. Your's certainly had me looking and thinking although in the end I'm not sure I 'got it'. The title added to my confusion (although this could say more about my intelect than anything else!). On balance a 7 from me.
