 Lance Armstrong in Stage 8 of the Tour of California. I took this near the start of the race on the first KOM (king of the mountain) climb up Highland Valley Road. It's a 9% grade, and these guys were just flying!

I've not yet had the good fortune to see them in person, but even on TV I'm AMAZED at how fast they go UPhill. I cannot begin to fathom the speeds at which they descend. This is a great shot - thanks for sharing it!
