Can't believe I haven't seen this shot before! What a wonderful capture.

what a catch! Actually, I first thought it was a beach, but then the line?! Maybe seagull thought the same, and is puzzled about the line, too?

PostLuminous Award Nominee!
caption: "you handsome devil, you!"
great image, independent of the challenge. It's suitability to the challenge depends, I suppose, how narcissistic you actually are! :-)
I should withdraw the nomination because you made me type narcississti--narcicis--ah, forget it.

I like this shot a lot, as if the time stands still.
Lovely composition too, especially with the bird just standing
on the verge of the line as if it would contemplate before crossing over. Or, as if this moment has led him to ponder about his own self. I like it!

So simple and powerful. Great clear reflection, what timing man, way to go. Im glad it did well, I try not to believe all those who say im self absorbed, but at least this bird loves himself, now he could love others.

I instinctively want to say it should be cropped higher in the frame. Forget the rules. I think this is a fantastic picture. 8

A touch grainy perhaps, but other than maybe needing a touch of noise removal, I really like this and it conveys the title well.

Sweet capture, really convays the concept well. I might of been tempted to crop tighter to remove the ripples at the top, but really nice.

I know it is basic editing, but it almost looks like an eagle looking up at him!! That is just amazing and that you caught that!!

Love this capture! I try to see what it would be like without the white line but somehow I think it adds to the shot. Well done.

Cool idea, and well captured. Personally I would crop off the little wavy water on the top of the image.

Haha, what a fantastic reflection shot! I love that we can see the clouds, and I don't know how you captured such a clear reflection on what seems to be a parking lot. Great compositon. Favorited.
