I really don't like the color or noise in this but I have to say it does probably help with the illusion. Meets the challenge but not very appealing.

bitchin'. way to maintain focus on two subjects. they're gonna say it's slightly grainy, which it is, but who cares. you're trying something real tough and it worked out and is visually clear, little grain makes it kinda spooky anyways. nice job.

This photo appeals to me, I think it's the colours, but I do wish you had just caught the flame of the candle.

It's a good idea, but IMO, not very well done. The color is pretty strange. The skin is too yellow and it's too dark. If the person was a little more in focus, it would help a lot. Good luck! - Inspzil
