 Mytoi Japanesse garden on Chappaquiddick Island - Martha's Vineyard

Wasn't sure how I wanted to process this. Attempt #1

Editing Steps:
1) Isolate masks for Highlights/Midtones/Shadows
2) Apply curves to each of the above to tone map the dynamic range
3) Apply Red/Yellow/Green saturation to midtone region
4) Apply overall saturation to shadow region
5) Desature all but the bridge, using channel mixer in gray scale +28/-22/+136. Set this layer to DIFFERENCE
6) Poster edges with 0/1/4 and adjust some selections.

I do like this one - kind of an ink drawing sort of thing with very rich deep color.

I like the crop of this one, and the colors here best. Very nice. Howwever, I'd clean the aqua color from the vertical tree trunk in the upper right, it's unnatural. and the red and blue on the ground center left. At this size, I like it best: I'm not sure what will happen larger though, with the effect of the poster edges or whatever in the water. I didn't see the original in the left-right browse set, that's always nice to see with the edits.

Offhand, I think I prefer this edit, simply because it looks more natural than the others.
