This is a nice composition, there isn't really anything that stands out, in my opinion. I like the treatment of the background with the vertical lines leading you through the frame, broken up by the foreground.

interesting idea. I'd be interested to see what it would have looked like with the flower center in focus instead of the petal. like the other stems in the shot.
