Composition is interesting, but gets a little bland the more I stare at it. The colors seem off (white balance-wise).

not sure what those things are to the left of the tree's trunk? they distract from the image, make me think of a place for a garbage bin. You composed this nicely and handled the exposure well; the sky is intriguing, but I find nothing compelling to focus my eye upon

I'm not sure what the focal point is supposed to be in this picture. I like the sky very much, the blue vs the grey, but then the tree pulls my eyes, and then I notice the things in the lower right. I think they weaken the shot quite a bit. I'd be tempted to crop between the left two branches of the trees and a little off the top of the sky. I think it would be a stronger shot.
