I like the idea, but lighting is little off. I think the baby in the BG is important subject to make a story, that's why little more lighting required there.

Definitely very creative! There must be some times when this idea is a reality! The emphasis on the post-it note on the bottle also gives a very good contrast to the smiling baby in the background- cute!

I love the title given to the photograph. The milk in the bottle shows the positive space in the foreground.

Excellent idea and I like your desaturation here. I would only point out that the bottle is tilted a bit and somewhat distracting.
