This is a cool challenge as far as I am concerned. 1 year ago I would have tried to avoid this type of challenges , this year at least I am really going to try to compete and see how far my creativity has improved after competing in DPC for almost 2 years now.
The idea is definitely not original , it is a copy of ideas I have seen from the folks here at DPC especially from Banmorn.
The individual petals were created using small sized Post-It notes. Arranged on a piece of acryllic which gives the reflection.
Lighted with ambient light and fill light using a silver reflector. The image is rotated 90 degree CW. Changed the black background using hue / saturation.
