I think what I like best here, is the uber-realistic treatment of the snow, against the fantasy warm sky trees. This is what makes it photography, I wouldn't change a thing.

Lovely shot. I like the way the two trees frame the bright area of the sky in the center, and the overall bronze and dark tones of the shot.
The title fits.
Very foreboding: I love it! I do think a little thin white line on the inside of the black border would really set your photo over the top. But as is, it's still awesome: 10
Very nice subject, but just a bit too much. Could have cropped out most of the path (from the picnic table across)and focused on just the contrast of the trees against the sky.
