 I mean, I rather liked the shot, wanted to get an unusual night scene but keep it looking like New York, but i guess i can see where i went wrong with it

Very nicely done. The cloud-like light bloom is perhaps the reason that it scored below average. Other than that this is a stellar photograph.

Checked and found the original brown. Big improvement here.
