Nice dof...wished the guy had filled more of the background, my eye wants to wonder to his hood's edge where its bright. Nice color and focus...comp is good, too.

Love the out of focus hooded character in the background, it really helps maintain similarity to the original. And I love your use of a blue glove to make it actually meet the original challenge. Though I am distracted by the fact that it looks to be one of those belt tie things...
