This is a recreation of the brown ribbon from the recent Sand challenge.
From the username of the photographer, it seems that it was shot by a 10 year old, and it was his first challenge. I think it's awesome that a 10 year old is competing here! He did great for his first try and I hope he's happy with my recreation of his shot. :)

Unable to locate original, none of the images that show u searching title = "sands of time" are brown ribbons.
So it's a 4 from me for that reason; I have decided, quite arbitrarily, to give 4's to whatever images I can't compare to the original. But it's very nicely done, and a beautiful hourglass too :-)

I have stopped voting shy of 20%. The scrubber will erase your 4.
If I'm looking at the correct original, this is indeed a vast improvement. Love the use of backlighting, nice silhouette, just a bit splotchy in background right above the top of the hourglass.
