My message in this photo is that apple provides a well-balanced diet. To make the message clearer, I photographed a lean body, balancing an apple. There's no showing of any genitalia so I hope there's no disqualification. The photo looks great in my PC monitor. I hope it looks just as great in yours too. I know we have different contrast/brightness setting.

Kok Weng, I actually voted a 5 on this. 1st off the composition is ok , and I do like the concept. I am however not comfortable with the colors & hue you selected in your post processing, because of this I did not score it higher. I would have liked a healthier looking version (maybe a more tanned skin tone with a nice juicy red saturated apple.
Ha! If I'm thinking this means what I think it means - very nice idea. It made me smile. First off, wish there was a tad more color in the apple itself. It works fine, don't get me wrong, just a thought. Really enjoy the white on white here. It really makes the apple pop but too boot, conveys the message well. Nicely done.
The color simply doesn't work for me at all. For some reason it makes me think she is diseased. With a different color treatment this could have been an average image.
This would be better if there were dark parts to balance out the lightness. Since there is no real black in the pic, it makes it look too soft and lacks too much contrast. More space at the top would help the composition as the edge is too close to the apple.
