The focus should be on the front of the nest where the chick is. Also, I'm not sure about it being opposites.

Nice shot, but not sure I get the title vs. shot. It all represents new life. Too bad one egg wasn't a differenet color. Maybe it was a 1 out, 4 still in kinda of thing.

Wow, where was this for the serendipity challenge? Great shot; wish birdie was a bit more in focus. I don't see an opposite, which would be death if the focus in the shot is life.
