Heh! Really nice find made very intriguing with the LB and the processing. There appears to be a demigod of sorts - a round thing on a pole - and it is speaking to one of its followers.
Looks like Germaine's stuff. The lighted windows & the human shadow are good enough on their own, but add in that big round lollipop shadow & it's super duper. The person (woman?) seems to be looking at the sign. Waiting for the right moment, which may never come. I like this a lot.
