Well, i'm sorry but i don't like this effect...I'm seeing photos on a notebook but your shot looks really grainy, and the silhouettes are kind of confusing, are those only trees? I think it doesn't meet the challenge too.
I think you had a good intention, and maybe a different perspective, a good time of exposion and less ISO would help you. I'm sorry but i will give you a 1.

Artistic use of blur and noise, the filigree branches look great this way. IMO you would be a better painter than photographer ;-)

I'm not sure how MIDnight expresses "Begin"

In regards to the shot, it's a bit noisy and there focus is soft... there doesn't seem to be anything that demands my eyes' attention. If this was a handheld shot, a tripod could really help with the long exposure.

On a good note- I think the exposure itself is nice- you got a great silhouette of a tree- I just wish it was a sharper one. Keep trying, you're on the right track!
