 I know everyone is gonna think it...'why would he use an ISO of 1600!?'. It was a mistake, and i'm kicking myself for not checking it, but in my defense, it was -15 degrees C outside!

The focus seems pretty soft here. Where you moving when taking the photo?

The image does convey a certain feeling of stillness but is blurry and seems out of focus. 5

For my tastes you could have increased the contrast to get the blacks blacker, and levelled the horizon so it didn't slope down to the right.

If this photo was tack sharp all across it, I think it'd be a fantastic cityscape shot. The soft focus takes away from a lot of the pop that this photo could have. Nice idea and ok execution.

I do not understand, in my modest opinion, the link with the silence, at least not so clear.
