More contrast in the face would enhance a significant part of your subject.

Is everyone ready? Can I start? It seems as though she's waiting for her chance to begin with uncertainty....as though, looking for some signal to be given to her.

The B&W works well with a rather candid shot that tells us what's not only on her mind but, what she is about to begin.
