shocked this didnt ribbon - unreal. after this re-viewing, I would comment that the flag and pole is a distraction; and I would change my vote from an 8 to a 9.

Very pretty, I like night photography and you have used it very well with the reflection, the boat ramp to the right is a nice addition as well.
