One of the better images in this challenge. Mostly, I like the sky gradient from the earth's shadow. Well done! Good detail and exposure of the subject. The bird is a plus, although that's unusual in landscape images. My first reaction to the horizon is that it's unlevel. But, could be hill country. 9
I'm worried about your horizon. DPC tends to punish for such situations even if the land did slope, etc. Nice light and love your use of negative space. Good luck. 7
I like the colors in the sky. The horizon is very prominent, but feels strange since it's not completely horizontal. Though I think that if it were perfectly horizontal it would be even more prominent... hmm
