It looks to me like there is a slight cyan color cast, and I think that might make the eyes stand out less.

A beautiful baby! Those eyes are killer. I think the color is quite cool in this and the contrast a little flat. I like the softness for the subject, but I think warming it up a bit would improve it. 6 from me.
