But I can't see the 'Art' very well. Oh...I see...the man is 'Art'? Like Arthur? No...Well: it looks like a well focused photo in what looks like low lighting.

It is difficult to judge personality from this. Maybe if your shot included his eyes or concentration or stare it would have enhanced the photo.

Image seems pretty soft. The colors are a bit all over the place which is distracting, and there aren't any strong lines to lead your eye through the composition.
