As someone else commented, that bright white corner is an eye-grabber, though I can see what you would lose by trying to crop it. Love the blur around the train -- at first glance it makes the photo look like a miniature scene. Overall very pleasing and it got a high score from me.
Nice shot. There are so many things to look at, lights, railroads, snow, sea, mountains. cars, two guys. Even some smoke blurs the area between the train and the buildings. I d like to see it in a landscape, cinema like, orientation and crop, just a thought! But I really like it.
My eye keeps going up to that bright white right corner - When I cover it - the rest of the photo comes more together for me. Maybe a little more contrast would be good to. But overall I do like the photo - there's alot to look at.
outstanding train shot - the lines of the tracks, the contrast provided by the snow and the ground and the 'steam' rising above the engine - very good stuff
