Interesting shot. There is something unusual about the rocks that I find somewhat strange. They almost look out of place for some reason. In any event, this image does intrigue me.
the rocks and water have such a deep rich tonal range - and the choice of exposure time provides both the smoothness of receding water and the new waves coming in - nice job
