He doesn't stand out enough, I think. Perhaps a tighter crop (so he's not looking out of the frame, but into it) would help, too.

the toad really blends in to the shot - the angle of the shot shows the inevitable story but the crop seems to be somewhat misplaced here

it looks really messy and with the camouflage of the frog, it's hard to pick out quickly...light is really flat
