It's called developmental basketball for kids first learning how to play the game. The program is very well run and the kid's are having a blast (probably hard to tell in this photo). Near the end of the 45 minute session they practice some offense & defense scrimmaging. For a little while the teenagers that help with this put a little "pressure" on. That's what is taking place in this photo. The only place for the ball to move at this point is back out, but he's not looking there yet. :-)
Wish I had just a smidge faster shutter speed, but I didn't, so it is what it is. :-P

It's a nice candid picture, well shot, good focus, but it seems a little busy to my eye. I think the logo in the background puts me off.... without that - it would be better compositionally. You did well though.
