Fits with some of the other real world documentary sort of images you have entered. It's different from the usual drop shots and flowers. I had to give it only a 5 because of the image quality, but I really like your approach to showing the real world. Keep it up.
I am not a fan of glorifying drug use. I'm not sure if that's what you're doing or maybe showing how ugly it can be? It's a very strange choice of photo to me.
It's a good effort to show such a stark subject. I would have zoomed in closer to the spoon, lighter and their hands, and cropped more off the top. The blue colouring is good.
