Taken in the Groningen (NL) museum at an exhibition of new versus traditional dresses and jewellery. The cap brooches were inside plexiglass boxes; the gold band connecting the two brooches is not part of the original wear but added for the sake of this display.

The crop bothers me, either show the whole thing or a detail, but cutting off the left side and showing 98% leaves me wondering why you aren't showing that part rather than looking at the part you are showing me.
This is an imcomprehensible still-life. If it's meant to be an abstract, it isn't working for me because the lines and shapes are too jumbled. There is no visual harmony. I gave it a four.
