Street carnival. Your timing was great for the lighting but I don't think the shadow is interesting enough to sustain more than a couple of seconds of viewing.

I can't say exactly why this has ended up as one of my challenge favorites, but I keep being drawn to it. Good bold colors, interesting shadow, fresh subject... well done. Good luck!
