what a great looking bird - the lighting on it is very solid and the shapes of the perch really continue the twisted look - but the very heavy border and the excessive negative space on the left seem unnecessary

Very clear, great colours, good composition. I might like to see the pelican a bit closer, but it's pretty good the way it is. I don't like your title, though.
