 Open in Aperture 2. Duplicate. Boost and Hue Boost in RAW Fine Tuning. Straighten. Adjust white balance. Levels. Highlights and shadows. Adjust color (increase saturation and luminance of blue and teal; decrease saturation and luminance of green). Sharpen.

Suggestion: try a levels adjustment to reduce the haziness and possibly a warm up filter to add to the impression of heat - good luck

Pretty good idea. Maybe a tighter crop of the bow, the dogs and a bit of sea. seems underexposed, as well.

nice.....but don't think much striking....colors are good, but i feel if the color of dogs could be black-white then it would look more balanced...
